How your data is used

In short
  • You can take the diagnostic without giving your name or email.
  • We only ask for contact details when you want your result by email or want to get in touch, and only with your consent.
  • No advertising, no tracking cookies, no selling of data.
  • Data is kept for 24 months after your last interaction, then deleted — or earlier, if you ask.

This policy covers three websites: georgianaiancu.com, brand-culture-engine.georgianaiancu.com and diagnostic.georgianaiancu.com. It explains what personal data is collected, why, on what legal basis under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and what you can do about it.

2. What data we collect and why

a) The online diagnostic

When you complete the diagnostic on diagnostic.georgianaiancu.com, we store your answers to the 15 questions, the scores and archetype calculated from them, the language you used, the date, and your browser type. We do not ask for your name or email to show you the result.

  • Why: to calculate and show your result, and to look at aggregated, anonymous statistics that help improve the instrument.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing and improving the diagnostic (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • In your browser: your progress and your last result are also saved in your own browser (local storage), so you can come back to them. They stay on your device until you clear your browser data.

b) Receiving your result by email

If you choose to receive your result by email, we collect your name and email address and link them to your answers.

  • Why: to send you the result, to let Georgiana know a result was requested, to reply if you write back and, occasionally, to send you relevant content from InkingBrands.
  • Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time — reply to any of our emails or write to hello@georgianaiancu.com and we will stop.

c) The contact form

When you use the contact form on georgianaiancu.com or brand-culture-engine.georgianaiancu.com, we collect your name, email address and, if you provide them, your company’s sector and your message, together with the page you wrote from, the date and your browser type.

  • Why: to answer your request, including questions about a possible engagement.
  • Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and, where you ask about working together, steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

d) Technical data

Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address to deliver pages and to keep the service secure. The contact form also uses your IP address briefly, in memory, to limit spam; we do not store it.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie we set is a login cookie for the private administration area, which only Georgiana uses. Your result is informational: no decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made about you automatically.

3. Who else processes your data

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under data processing agreements:

  • Vercel Inc. — hosting of the three websites (United States).
  • Supabase Inc. — database where diagnostic answers, email requests and contact messages are stored (servers in the United States).
  • Resend — sending of emails: your result and notifications to Georgiana (United States).
  • Romarg SRL — the hello@georgianaiancu.com mailbox (Romania).
  • Google Fonts — fonts on georgianaiancu.com and brand-culture-engine.georgianaiancu.com are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address when the page loads.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where the provider is certified, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We never sell your data and do not share it with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep diagnostic answers, email requests and contact messages for 24 months from your last interaction with us, and then delete them. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will. If we start working together, data needed for the contract and for accounting is kept for as long as Romanian law requires.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the data we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted;
  • restrict or object to how we use it;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@georgianaiancu.com. We reply within one month. Because diagnostic answers without an email are not linked to your name, we may ask for details such as the date you completed it so we can find them.

You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

6. Team assessments

When a company asks for a team assessment, its managers’ answers are processed under a separate written agreement with that company. That agreement sets out each party’s role under the GDPR and exactly what the company can see. Respondents are told what is promised to them, including how anonymity works, before the first question.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.

2. Ce date colectăm și de ce

a) Diagnosticul online

Când completezi diagnosticul pe diagnostic.georgianaiancu.com, salvăm răspunsurile tale la cele 15 întrebări, scorurile și arhetipul calculate din ele, limba folosită, data și tipul de browser. Nu îți cerem numele sau emailul ca să-ți arătăm rezultatul.

  • De ce: ca să calculăm și să-ți arătăm rezultatul și ca să analizăm statistici agregate, anonime, care ne ajută să îmbunătățim instrumentul.
  • Temei legal: interesul nostru legitim de a oferi și îmbunătăți diagnosticul (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. f) GDPR).
  • În browserul tău: progresul și ultimul rezultat sunt salvate și în browserul tău (local storage), ca să poți reveni la ele. Rămân pe dispozitivul tău până când ștergi datele browserului.

b) Primirea rezultatului pe email

Dacă alegi să primești rezultatul pe email, colectăm numele și adresa ta de email și le asociem cu răspunsurile tale.

  • De ce: ca să-ți trimitem rezultatul, ca Georgiana să afle că ai cerut rezultatul, ca să-ți putem răspunde dacă ne scrii și, ocazional, ca să-ți trimitem materiale utile de la InkingBrands.
  • Temei legal: consimțământul tău, dat prin bifarea căsuței (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. a) GDPR). Îl poți retrage oricând — răspunde la oricare dintre emailurile noastre sau scrie la hello@georgianaiancu.com și ne oprim.

c) Formularul de contact

Când folosești formularul de contact de pe georgianaiancu.com sau brand-culture-engine.georgianaiancu.com, colectăm numele, adresa de email și, dacă le completezi, domeniul de activitate al companiei și mesajul tău, împreună cu pagina de pe care ai scris, data și tipul de browser.

  • De ce: ca să-ți răspundem, inclusiv la întrebări despre o posibilă colaborare.
  • Temei legal: consimțământul tău (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. a)) și, când întrebi despre o colaborare, demersuri făcute la cererea ta înainte de încheierea unui contract (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. b)).

d) Date tehnice

Ca la orice site, furnizorul de găzduire prelucrează adresa ta IP ca să livreze paginile și să mențină serviciul în siguranță. Formularul de contact folosește adresa IP pentru scurt timp, în memorie, ca să limiteze spamul; nu o stocăm.

Nu folosim cookie-uri de analiză sau de publicitate. Singurul cookie pe care îl setăm este cel de autentificare în zona privată de administrare, folosită doar de Georgiana. Rezultatul tău este informativ: nu se ia automat nicio decizie cu efecte juridice sau similare asupra ta.

3. Cine mai prelucrează datele

Folosim un număr mic de furnizori care prelucrează date în numele nostru, pe baza unor acorduri de prelucrare:

  • Vercel Inc. — găzduirea celor trei site-uri (Statele Unite).
  • Supabase Inc. — baza de date în care se salvează răspunsurile la diagnostic, cererile de rezultat pe email și mesajele de contact (servere în Statele Unite).
  • Resend — trimiterea emailurilor: rezultatul tău și notificările către Georgiana (Statele Unite).
  • Romarg SRL — căsuța de email hello@georgianaiancu.com (România).
  • Google Fonts — fonturile de pe georgianaiancu.com și brand-culture-engine.georgianaiancu.com se încarcă de pe serverele Google, care primesc adresa ta IP la încărcarea paginii.

Când datele sunt transferate în afara Spațiului Economic European, transferul se bazează pe clauzele contractuale standard ale Comisiei Europene și, acolo unde furnizorul este certificat, pe Cadrul UE–SUA privind protecția datelor (Data Privacy Framework).

Nu vindem datele tale și nu le împărtășim cu nimeni altcineva, decât dacă legea ne obligă.

4. Cât timp păstrăm datele

Păstrăm răspunsurile la diagnostic, cererile de rezultat pe email și mesajele de contact timp de 24 de luni de la ultima ta interacțiune cu noi, apoi le ștergem. Dacă ne ceri să le ștergem mai devreme, o facem. Dacă începem o colaborare, datele necesare contractului și contabilității se păstrează cât prevede legea din România.

5. Drepturile tale

Conform GDPR, ai dreptul:

  • să afli ce date deținem despre tine și să primești o copie;
  • să ceri corectarea datelor inexacte;
  • să ceri ștergerea datelor;
  • să restricționezi prelucrarea sau să te opui ei;
  • să primești datele într-un format portabil;
  • să îți retragi consimțământul oricând — fără să afecteze prelucrarea făcută înainte de retragere.

Pentru oricare dintre aceste drepturi, scrie-ne la hello@georgianaiancu.com. Răspundem în cel mult o lună. Pentru că răspunsurile la diagnostic fără email nu sunt legate de numele tău, s-ar putea să-ți cerem detalii precum data completării, ca să le putem identifica.

Ai și dreptul să depui o plângere la Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

6. Evaluările de echipă

Când o companie solicită o evaluare de echipă, răspunsurile managerilor ei sunt prelucrate pe baza unui acord scris separat cu acea companie. Acordul stabilește rolul fiecărei părți conform GDPR și exact ce poate vedea compania. Respondenții află ce li se promite, inclusiv cum funcționează anonimatul, înainte de prima întrebare.
